Ho Sun
Founder & CEO
Sun Ho founded LittleLives in 2011. Since its inception, she has successfully expanded LittleLives’ footprint to over 1000 preschools across Asia. Having graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Computing, Sun doubles as the Chief Product Officer, driving a team of web and mobile developers who works to fulfil the unmet technological needs of the Early Childhood Education community.

Arjuna Raj
Chief Strategy Officer
Arjuna became the Chief Strategy Officer of LittleLives in 2018, after having served as Chief Operating Officer since 2014. In these roles, he has personally visited over 1000 preschools across Asia. He has a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Monash University.
Having the ultimate goal to improve work environment within schools and advocate lifelong learning for educators, Arjuna is passionate about working with children and has strong social leanings that drive him to create a robust early childhood curriculum that is more inclusive of parent involvement.
Trang Truong Huyen
Chief Operation Officer
Trang received her Economics degree at the National University of Singapore and has worked with LittleLives for over 5 years. As Chief Operating Officer at LittleLives, Trang is responsible for the global operations of LittleLives. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven services and solutions, providing outstanding client services, and driving profitable revenue growth. Before taking the helm as COO, Trang was the Country Manager of LittleLives Vietnam. She furthered the company’s efforts to deliver best-in-class technology solutions in Vietnam.

Nicholas Lim
Chief Technology Officer
Shaping and transforming technology to be the solution to the many challenges faced by the preschool industry while making it possible to explore new frontiers, Nicholas has allowed LittleLives to be used seamlessly in 10 different countries including Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. He is continuously building a LittleLives system that challenges the way people think of technology and the preschool industry, and manages a dedicated team in charge of software development. Playing role as LittleLives’ Technical Lead, Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore and has worked with LittleLives for over 3 years, before LittleLives went truly global.
Hassania Serghini
Chief Financial Officer
Hassania is a Master’s degree holder in Finance & Audit/Controlling from TBS Grandes Ecoles. With over a decade of experience in Financial planning & strategy, analysis, audit and transformation changes, she is now LittleLives’ Chief Financial Officer.
Hassania brings in her expertise in Finance from her 15 years of experience working for L'Oréal in the Asia Pacific region and France/Europe with her latest role as the Finance Director-Senior Project Manager and before that as Head of Finance for L'Oréal Singapore, before stepping into the CFO role for LittleLives.
As Chief Financial Officer at LittleLives, Hassania manages the company’s finances across our operating countries. As an experienced business partner and enabler, Hassania is passionate about tech start-ups and knows how to bring new perspectives for business growth without compromising on compliance and to drive efficiency to support business operations.
